Service Operations Supervisor

Your Role

The Service Operations Supervisor – Atlas Copco Industrial Tools and Assembly Systems (ACTA) is responsible for the development, management and continuing improvement of the service team. We are now looking for a customer-focused candidate to assume the responsibility as Service Operations Supervisor for Atlas Copco Industrial Tools for Middle East and will report to BLM.

Below Are The Major Tasks For The Position

• Management of Service Team in the whole region (Middle East, Egypt, Pakistan, Uzbekistan)
• Improve the operational efficiency
• Maintain structured knowledge of team and dedicated distributors
• Develop good hands-on experience
• Customer Oriented
• In close cooperation with Sales and Project team to coordinate the service activities
• Work closely with Global Competence team to improve and maintain competence level of team
• Coordinate and run Service Contracts
• Audit Tool Management Centers and workshops in the region

Experience Requirements

• Proven commercial and business awareness with a strong track record of achievements
• Technical skills and experience
• Proven operational management skills
• Minimum 5 years experience from service
• Operational team management experience
  
  

Educational Requirements / Knowledge

The successful candidate should have:

• Degree in engineering, machinery and/or electronic and electrical or equivalent experience in the Industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent business analysis, planning and organization skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office
• Driving license

• To be ready for this challenge you need to have great technical and social skills, with an understanding of building network and relationships with several different functions at customers and distributors with dynamic performer
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues
