Working Location: KHOBAR, RIYADH, UNAIZHA, BURAIDAH branches

Language: Proficient in Arabic, English language knowledge is preferred.


The position entails engaging with customers professionally, actively listening, communicating clearly, and swiftly resolving issues. Key attributes include persuading customers by elucidating benefits, adeptly communicating technical details, problem-solving to fix issues, collaborating with teams for efficient repairs, and staying open to learning new technologies and industry trends in the dynamic automotive sector.

Service Advisor's Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers, answer questions and address concerns.
  • Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues with the coordination of the team leader, and provide estimates for repairs.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate with the team, and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and resolve issues promptly.
  • Follow up post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain repair quality standards and promptly resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide sales and marketing support through promotions and lead-generation efforts.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent:

1-2 years of customer service experience is important to showcase proficiency in interacting with customers professionally and effectively.


Willingness to learn about the automotive industry: This is important for understanding the types of repairs that are typically performed including spare parts knowledge, as well as the terminology used in the automotive industry.
