Service Advisor's Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions and address concerns.
- Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues with the coordination of the team leader, and provide estimates for repairs.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate with the team, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain repair quality standards and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Provide sales and marketing support through promotions and lead-generation efforts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent:
1-2 years of customer service experience is important to showcase proficiency in interacting with customers professionally and effectively.
Willingness to learn about the automotive industry: This is important for understanding the types of repairs that are typically performed including spare parts knowledge, as well as the terminology used in the automotive industry.
