- Lead Client Conversations: Run discovery calls, understand client goals, and offer tailored QA & IT solutions that solve real problems.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Keep our service delivery sharp and efficient, always looking for smarter ways to get things done.
- Own Client Success: Be the main point of contact, ensuring clients get value and stay happy.
- Grow the Relationship: Spot new opportunities and help us expand within existing accounts.
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or sales support (bonus if it's in QA, IT, or telecom).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills – especially when simplifying technical concepts.
- A sharp eye for improving workflows and identifying new business opportunities.
