We are looking for an SEO/SEM Strategist to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for driving organic and paid search performance, increasing website visibility, and improving ROI from search marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping up with evolving search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and SEM performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Perform ongoing site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO/SEM technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO and SEM management.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as paid search strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or international SEO.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Experience managing large-scale PPC budgets.
