The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Leads end-to-end delivery of visualisation projects, from small to large scale, ensuring high quality and timely completion. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining consistent standards.

Oversees a sub-team and mentors the wider visualisation team. Provides strategic guidance to stakeholders on effective visual outputs, ensuring visuals are timely, engaging, and aligned with project goals.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Create exclusive 3D content for projects, including Virtual City assets.
• Manage end-user products and provide 3D support for Virtual City.
• Oversee Arch-Viz environment and XR studio operations.
• Process and review digital information for visualisation accuracy.
• Lead complex, multi-output visualisation projects across the business.
• Ensure visual outputs align with project goals and audience needs.
• Shape and advise on visualisation strategy and team development.
• Guide stakeholders on effective briefs and resolve unclear requirements.
• Develop robust delivery plans to mitigate project risks.
• Train and mentor the visualisation team to enhance skills and value.
• Manage stakeholder requests, assess resources, and schedule work.
• Drive strategic initiatives like asset libraries and new tools.
• Support recruitment by screening candidates and advising on fit.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to net zero goals by managing carbon impact in delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• A degree in a related subject e.g. computer arts, mathematics, or architecture (or equivalent).
• Significant demonstratable relevant experience in a visualisation role (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering large/complex projects.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
