Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business objectives within the Saudi market context.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT staff, to understand data visualization requirements.
• Optimize Tableau visualizations for performance, scalability, and ease of use, ensuring alignment with local data governance standards.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and regional datasets, into Tableau for comprehensive reporting.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and storytelling to present insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrades of Tableau environments to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Maintain data security and integrity in compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies.
• Mentor junior Tableau developers and analysts, providing guidance on technical skills and project methodologies.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine requirements, and deliver enhancements that address evolving business needs.
• Stay current with the latest Tableau features, data visualization trends, and Saudi market regulations to continuously improve solutions.

Data Visualization Principles: Ability to apply best practices in data visualization, UX design, and storytelling to present clear, compelling insights.
ETL and Data Integration: Experience integrating data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, regional datasets) into Tableau for unified, actionable reporting.
Performance Optimization: Skills in performance tuning of Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and data sources for fast and responsive analytics.
Data Governance and Security: Understanding of local Saudi data regulations, data quality standards, and security measures to protect sensitive information.
