The Role

As part of the Programme Management Consultancy (PMC) team for a major aviation project in Jeddah, the Senior Stakeholder Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement activities related to technical and engineering aspects of the project.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address technical queries, resolve issues, and facilitate decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client representatives, regulatory authorities, and contractors.
• Manage the flow of information and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment with project requirements.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management or engineering roles on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and technical interfaces.
• Experience working in PMC, client, or consulting roles is preferred.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, project management processes, and technical engineering disciplines.
