Senior Specialist - UX Design (CORS 217)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Senior Specialist - UX Design to join our innovative team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction through effective and engaging design solutions for our digital products. Your expertise in user experience principles and methodologies will be key to creating products that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct
• Design and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies, and analytics reviews
• Define research objectives, select appropriate methodologies, and recruit participants
• Gather insights from various sources, including competitive analysis, market research, analytics and customer feedback
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover patterns, trends, and user pain points
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that inform design and product decisions
• Present insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops
• Work closely with design and product teams, business stakeholders and partner teams
• Advocate for user needs within the organization and influence decision-making through evidence-based insights
• Lead the development of personas and user journeys
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging research techniques, and best practices
• Promote a culture of user research within the company, educating teams on the value of human-centered design
• Experience in the entertainment and attractions industry preferred but not essential
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively
