Senior Specialist - Supplier Relationship Management

Assist in the development and maintaining strategic relationships with both regional and global suppliers to ensure they meet Qiddiya's requirements as well as delivery timeline. in their professional development.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and update of e-catalogue from desired suppliers to ensure economies of scale and high-quality service delivery
  • Contribute to the identification, assessment and selection of qualified suppliers to ensure the provision of quality services
  • Assist in the management of relationships with suppliers in order to obtain optimal prices and benefits
  • Manage communications with suppliers, in terms of purchase orders, request for information, request for proposals to ensure alignment with Qiddiya's polices and guidelines
  • Assist in the monitoring of supplier performance on a regular basis in coordination with concerned functions and contribute to the identification of corrective actions to ensure alignment with project managers' requirements
  • Support in analyzing existing suppliers' products & services and create business cases for future consideration to ensure the delivery of operational value and financial savings
  • Provide project managers with timely updates on status of procurement for their respective projects to ensure accurate and up-to-date communication regarding project status
  • Coordinate with legal team to ensure that all contracts related to procurement contain all details of the negotiation including but not limited to payment terms, cancellations and warranties

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, preferably in large-scale projects such as construction or entertainment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience in performance tracking and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to foster relationships
  • Deep understanding of local market trends and regulations in Saudi Arabia preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • A collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams
