Our Hospitality Business Unit is leading the development of a wide portfolio of world-class hotels and resorts that will define guest experience standards across the region. With the first wave of hotel construction set to commence by year-end, we are entering a critical phase of delivery.
As a Senior Specialist of Procurement, you will play a vital role in enabling the success of these iconic developments. You will support the full procurement lifecycle from early sourcing strategies to tendering, supplier management, and execution. Ensuring that FF&E and OS&E packages are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand and operator expectations. Your expertise will directly impact the quality, efficiency, and readiness of Qiddiya's hospitality assets.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Specialist of Procurement, you will play a vital role in enabling the success of these iconic developments. You will support the full procurement lifecycle from early sourcing strategies to tendering, supplier management, and execution. Ensuring that FF&E and OS&E packages are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand and operator expectations. Your expertise will directly impact the quality, efficiency, and readiness of Qiddiya's hospitality assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed procurement plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with hotel project milestones and pre-opening schedules.
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for hospitality developments, including luxury and midscale hotel assets.
- Manage the sourcing and procurement of FF&E and OS&E, aligned with design intent, brand standards, and operator requirements.
- Lead the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation, including technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
- Oversee fit-out procurement processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budget targets, and quality expectations
- Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings to ensure procurement packages match scope and specifications.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitality-focused suppliers and manufacturers, both local and international.
- Track and report on supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, product quality, and schedule adherence.
- Maintain a centralized procurement database, including supplier profiles, pricing history, and product performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality procurement, particularly within hotel developments and fit-out projects.
- Proven expertise in FF&E and OS&E procurement and vendor management.
- Familiarity with ZATCA regulations and international customs requirements.
- Strong commercial negotiation, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and hospitality standards documentation.
- Contribute to one of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious giga-projects.
- Specialize in a key asset class (hospitality) and build deep procurement expertise.
- Work in a high-impact environment where strategic sourcing and execution matter.
