Job Purpose

As a Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner II, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering strategic and tactical HR support. This role drives organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development in alignment with business goals.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner with leadership to understand business strategy and align HR initiatives.
• Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
• Manage employee relations issues with fairness and consistency
• Drive performance management and talent development programs
• Support change management and cultural transformation initiatives
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational outcomes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, and learning programs
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum Experience

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
