Senior Specialist - Events

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist - Events to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-profile events that reflect the vision of Qiddiya as a leading entertainment and lifestyle destination. Your expertise will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our stakeholders, partners, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, workshops, grand openings, and promotional events
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation arrangements
• Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure events are executed within financial parameters
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create innovative event concepts and experiences
• Manage event marketing and promotion, including the creation of promotional materials and communications
• Coordinate with speakers, guests, and participants to ensure a smooth and successful event program
• Monitor event progress and evaluate outcomes to identify areas for improvement and showcase successes
• Prepare post-event reports and presentations to share insights and learnings with key stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event strategies and offerings
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in large-scale corporate or public events
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts and solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary for event execution
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
