As a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are properly formatted, stored, and easily accessible, while also implementing and maintaining efficient document control systems. This role requires expertise in document management systems, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to establish document management policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Manages, coaches and mentors' junior staff to successfully contribute to the department deliverables.
- Develop and maintain an effective document control system to organize and track documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain and manage the document control system to ensure compliance and accessibility
- Review and track all document changes and revisions throughout their lifecycle.
- Implement document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and finalize documents before approval.
- Generate reports on document control activities and present findings to management.
- Review, format, and approve documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Act as a primary point of contact for document management inquiries and establish strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Information Management, or equivalent qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Administration and Senior Document Control roles
- Proficiency in document management software and tools, such as Aconex, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Office 365
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Train and support team members in document management processes and best practices
