Qiddiya Investment Company is a visionary developer in the entertainment and leisure sector, and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Cost Reporting to join MBS Stadium team. This role is critical in ensuring that our cost management practices are transparent and aligned with our strategic goals.

The Senior Specialist in Cost Reporting will be responsible for preparing accurate cost reports, analyzing project costs, and providing insights that help guide our financial decision-making. You will collaborate closely with project managers to ensure effective communication and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor expenditure against the budget, analyze variances, and provide timely insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data, ensuring seamless integration of cost planning across all project phases
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing complex financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Coordinates with the Project Controls function in relation to implementing an effective controls system on budget, cost, report, risk and change management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in cost reporting, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in large-scale construction or entertainment projects
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail in financial reporting
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to varied stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous
• Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis and understanding of cost control principles
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture and help develop junior team members
