Senior Specialist - Corporate Infrastructure Delivery

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Senior Specialist - Corporate Infrastructure Delivery to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of our corporate infrastructure delivery processes, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that infrastructure projects are aligned with business objectives and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of corporate infrastructure delivery projects, ensuring they meet specified requirements and timelines
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure infrastructure solutions align with business needs
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to infrastructure
• Document processes, project specifications, and technical guidelines to support infrastructure initiatives
• Provide training and support to junior team members regarding best practices in infrastructure delivery
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to inform infrastructure strategies and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery or support roles
• Strong understanding of network architecture, server management, and cloud computing
• Experience in project management and delivering infrastructure projects successfully
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with infrastructure management tools
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
