Senior Specialist - Cloud Center of Excellence

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and innovative Senior Specialist for our Cloud Center of Excellence. In this role, you will lead initiatives that leverage cloud technologies to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to drive the adoption of cloud solutions and best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud solutions for various business applications
• Provide expertise in cloud architecture and design, ensuring solutions adhere to industry best practices
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for migrating existing applications to the cloud
• Develop and maintain cloud governance and security policies to safeguard organizational data
• Provide training and support to teams on cloud technologies, best practices, and tools
• Monitor cloud performance and utilization, making recommendations for optimization and cost management
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and evaluate their applicability to the organization
• Partner with vendors and cloud service providers to evaluate solutions and services that align with business needs
• Assist in developing the cloud strategy roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in cloud computing, cloud architecture, or related fields
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Experience in cloud migration projects and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus
