Position Overview

Senior Software Developer with expertise in developing and maintaining social insurance and pension management systems, specifically for social insurance operations in Saudi Arabia (is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications using Spring Framework for social insurance core business functions
  • Create user interfaces following UI/UX best practices
  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular
  • Implement dynamic user experiences with modern UI frameworks and design systems
  • Create and maintain RESTful web services using Spring
  • Collaborate with UX designers to implement user-centered design solutions
  • Conduct usability testing, unit testing, and iterate based on user feedback
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate The client-specific requirements into technical specifications
  • Lead the development of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to existing social insurance management systems
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in agile development. Additionally, The client is applying Safe Agile Practices, so candidates with agile knowledge and experience are a plus
  • Ensure compliance with the client & technical standards and security requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in prototyping tools
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and design systems
  • Experience with user research and usability testing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development, with previous experience in enterprise applications
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Angular
  • Strong experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in front-end development using Angular and TypeScript
  • Experience with database design and SQL
  • Proficiency English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the client business processes, social insurance regulations, and pension calculations is a plus
