المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير، إدارة، وتنفيذ جداول محتوى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي عبر مختلف المنصات (إنستغرام، تيك توك، X، لينكدإن، فيسبوك، وغيرها).
- قيادة الإدارة اليومية لحسابات التواصل الاجتماعي لعدة عملاء، وضمان نشر محتوى جذاب وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم وكتابة المحتوى لإنتاج محتوى عالي الأداء يتناسب مع كل منصة وجمهور مستهدف.
- متابعة الاتجاهات والبيانات والتحديثات على المنصات للحفاظ على ملاءمة المحتوى والاستراتيجية.
- التفاعل مع المجتمعات الرقمية والرد على استفسارات وتعليقات المتابعين بسرعة وبما يتناسب مع هوية العلامة التجارية.
- تحليل مؤشرات الأداء وتحضير تقارير شهرية تتضمن رؤى وتوصيات للتحسين.
- دعم تطوير أفكار الحملات، التعاون مع المؤثرين، وإعداد موجزات الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة.
- تقديم خطط المحتوى وتقارير الأداء للعملاء والفرق الداخلية.
- تقديم الإرشاد والدعم لأعضاء الفريق الجدد أو الأقل خبرة.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في مجال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو التسويق الرقمي (يفضل خبرة في وكالة).
- فهم قوي لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والاتجاهات وأدوات التحليل.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة وسائل التواصل (مثل Meta Business Suite، أدوات منشئي المحتوى على تيك توك، وغيرها).
- القدرة على التفكير الإبداعي، إدارة المواعيد النهائية، والعمل تحت الضغط.
- عقلية استراتيجية، مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيم قوية.
- خبرة في التسويق عبر المؤثرين وتنسيق الحملات المدفوعة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في سرد القصص وكتابة المحتوى بما يتناسب مع كل منصة.
- فهم عميق لمشهد وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في السعودية.
- الإلمام بالمحتوى العضوي والمدفوع على المنصات المختلفة.
- عقلية إبداعية وقدرة على ابتكار أفكار للمحتوى وأساليب تفاعلية مبتكرة.
