Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with end users in the assigned territory
- Identify key customers in the Territory;
- Meet with doctors and decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors;
- Support key projects/tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors;
- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs;
- Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements, etc, for maximizing business opportunities;
- Organise and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotional activities;
- Work closely with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in medical-related disciplines, is preferred;
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing of PMLS products (e.g. monitor, anaesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical products, etc.) or in the related sphere of the medical device industry
- Experienced in working with end users and key clients
- Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
