Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The role is focused on driving business growth and expanding market presence within the construction and building materials sector. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, contractors, developers, and internal technical teams to generate revenue, manage project-based sales, and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within construction, building materials, or contracting companies.
  • Proven experience in project-based sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction market and sales processes.
  • Experience working with consultants and contractors is essential.
  • Previous experience in the Riyadh market is highly preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the construction and projects market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and internal teams.
  • Participate in project negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract reviews.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and project discussions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
