Design Review And Approval
- Review and approve Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant designs: Ensure full compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and feedback: Optimize RO plant designs for efficiency, sustainability, and operational reliability.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of RO plant systems: Ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets.
- Manage all RO plant-related activities during construction: Ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective coordination with contractors and other engineering teams.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines: Work with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate RO plant systems into the broader project infrastructure.
- Ensure the RO plant's design and implementation align: Integrate with the overall water utility system, including connections to pipelines, reservoirs, and other water management systems.
- Implement stringent quality control measures: Ensure compliance with local standards and environmental regulations.
- Meet or exceed quality, safety, and performance expectations: Focus on water purity, energy efficiency, and environmental impact.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Address issues related to RO plant design, construction, and operation.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers: Implement corrective actions and optimize plant performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for RO plant-related matters: Ensure client expectations are met and stakeholder requirements are addressed.
- Provide regular updates to the client and project management team: Address any concerns or technical queries.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all RO plant-related activities: Include design approvals, progress reports, QA/QC documentation, and compliance certifications.
- Prepare documentation for project closeout and handover to the client.
