About The Role

The Senior Research Executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, designing and executing research projects, and providing insightful analysis to support client decision-making.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of quantitative methodologies, experience leading and successfully delivering projects, and a collaborative and curious approach to finding solutions.

This position is based in Riyadh, KSA and will report directly to the Research Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored research solutions.
  • Project Design and Execution: Plan and deliver quantitative research projects, including proposal writing, project planning, data collection, and analysis. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and present findings to clients in a compelling manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure flawless project execution and delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all research outputs meet the highest quality standards and meet or even exceed clients' expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Skills & Experience You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is helpful.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in market research, with a focus on quantitative research methodologies. Client management and project execution experience are preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualisation (e.g., SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent project management skills; great at running multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
