Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Reporting Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Reporting & Data Management:

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports across multiple workstreams including engineering, construction, HSE, quality, and commercial.
  • Manage and validate project performance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across dashboards, KPIs, and progress trackers.
  • Coordinate the integration of reporting inputs from consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.


Performance Analytics & Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain visual performance dashboards and analytical tools to support senior management and client briefings.
  • Analyze trends and highlight variances in schedule, cost, and resource metrics using industry-standard reporting methodologies (e.g., Earned Value Management).
  • Provide advanced insights on project performance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.


Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Interface regularly with planning, cost, engineering, and construction teams to align reporting outputs with project progress.
  • Collaborate with client representatives and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Represent the reporting function in progress meetings, coordination reviews, and executive briefings.


Standardization & Quality Control

  • Ensure all reports meet established quality standards, templates, and branding guidelines.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of reporting systems and procedures for enhanced efficiency and clarity.
  • Train and mentor junior reporting staff in data handling, report writing, and visualization techniques.


Education

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.


Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project reporting and analytics, preferably within large infrastructure or airport/airfield projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex datasets and reporting workflows in multi-stakeholder project environments.


Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Primavera P6, Aconex, or MS Project is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project controls principles including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress measurement.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to distill technical content into clear executive summaries.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.


What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Certification in Project Controls, PMP, or Data Analytics is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), S-curve generation, and productivity tracking tools.
  • Experience working on airfield construction or aviation infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of report automation tools and database integration is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
