The Opportunity:

HKA is offering exciting opportunities across the Middle East for experienced Senior Quantum Consultants. 

You’ll work on prestigious projects and cases as part of a collaborative team of quantum specialists, partnering with our multidisciplinary teams and supporting Experts on their appointments. 

These roles provide the chance to contribute to long-term projects for HKA’s well-established clients in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Madinah.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing advisory services to client on a variety of contractual and dispute related matters.
  • Forensically analysing large quantities of data, dissecting it, presenting it in a clear format or report.
  • Supporting a Quantum expert witness with quantum analysis and drafting sections of reports.
  • Gathering information relating to disputes.
  • Liaising with the client’s management and legal teams.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

    • Degree qualified in construction related subject, ideally with a secondary legal qualification.
    • Relevant experience in large contracting on an international basis.
    • A background in either infrastructure, oil & gas, nuclear or power generation.
    • An influential individual with advanced negotiation skills.
    • The ability to manage and deal with complex issues, tasks and projects.
    • Strong exposure to preparing for formal dispute proceedings including adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation.
    • Experience in conducting quantum analysis and contributing to reports.
    • Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to forensically review large quantities of data relating to disputes.
    • Strong IT skills. Particularly on MS Excel and MS Word.
    • Strong client-facing skills.
