Lead the quantity surveying team and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Oversee and review work of junior team members
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on cost management and contract matters.
Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency
Develop detailed cost plans and budgets, monitor costs throughout the project, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Prepare and analyze bills of quantities for large-scale projects
Advise on procurement strategies
Handle complex contract negotiations and dispute resolutions.
Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into project financial status.
Prepare Benchmark Analysis and Justifications
Prepare Final Account and Project Close Out
Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions to optimize project value.
Conduct in-depth risk assessments and develop advanced risk mitigation strategies.
