Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes preparing cost estimates, monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and preparing financial reports. They also work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Description:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a quantity surveyor.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• English language fluency is a must.
