Senior Quality Assurance Technician

One of JobIn Clients is Seeking for a meticulous and hands-on QA Technician to join our quality assurance team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

Record and report test results, deviations, and non-conformities in accordance with company standards

Ensure products meet internal quality specifications and external regulatory requirements

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes

Calibrate and maintain quality control tools and equipment

Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams to resolve quality issues

Prepare documentation and maintain accurate quality records (e.g., inspection reports, batch records, logs)

Follow and help enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance procedures 

• Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing equipment
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• 2+ years of experience in a QA/QC or quality technician role (manufacturing or lab environment preferred)
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or QA data entry systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
