The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury -use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury -use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Set and maintain templates, workflows, and short-term planning for standard program products and reports.
- Monitor scope gaps, emerging threats, and worker welfare.
- Assess draft request for change and administer contract changes.
- Validate supply-chain progress and ensure swift responses to tender queries and RFIs.
- Develop project handover plans and manage parcel handovers, permits, and approvals.
- Maintain quality plans, assurance, and control manuals.
- Approve quality standards, benchmarks, and mock-ups.
- Provide schedules for quality hold points and benchmarks.
- Manage non-conformance reporting and compliance with permits.
- Produce HSEQ reports and offer HSEQ risk guidance.
- Collect lessons learned and contribute to best practices and knowledge harvesting.
- Support the organisation’s sustainability goals by contributing to the identification and reduction of carbon emissions in line with net zero transition objectives.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Ability to influence and engage indirect reports effectively.
- Middle East Experience.
