Senior Project Manager - WWTP

Parsons is looking a Senior Project Manager with experience in managing large-scale construction projects related to waste water treatment plants. The successful candidate will lead the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring the project is completed within the set timelines, budget and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and manage the project plan, schedule, and budget for the construction and delivery of the Waste Water Treatment Plant project
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and expectations, and communicate project progress and issues
• Manage and supervise the project team, including subcontractors and consultants, to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of project deliverables, including documentation and reports
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure project deliverables meet required standards
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management, stakeholders, and clients
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements
  
  
  

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the construction and delivery of waste water treatment plants or similar
• Experience of managing Design & Build of Waste Water treatment Plants (WWTP)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with a value of $50M or more
