Needs to activate Client program management in collaboration with the Strategy Management office and to carry out program management role through end to end program management support that will ensure formal confirmation of program creation, delivery and execution of respective projects, and ensuring successful closure of all program components.
Deliver Client Programs at All Phases:
- Program Definition and Planning: Establish clear objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Program Delivery and Monitoring: Ensure continuous oversight and adjustments as needed.
- Program Closure: Confirm all deliverables are met and formally close the program.
Provide:
- Adherence to Client Project Management Methodology: Follow established processes and standards.
- Management of EPMO Reporting and Performance Dashboard: Keep track of project progress and performance metrics.
- Support for Client Project Management System (PMS): Assist users with the dashboard and EPM tools.
- Conduct Awareness Sessions and Manage Change Resistance: Educate stakeholders and address any resistance to changes.
- Quality Assurance of Deliverables and Stage Gate Review: Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards.
Capability Support Services:
- Support for New Project Managers: Help new staff integrate and understand their roles.
- Assistance for Client Business Owners: Provide guidance and support to business owners.
- Support for Other Stakeholders and Staff: Offer help as needed to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
Mandatory Skills/Experience Required:
Launch Communication Plan:
- Define Objectives: Establish clear goals for the communication plan, such as increasing awareness or promoting a new initiative.
- Identify Target Audience: Determine who the communication is aimed at, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop Key Messages: Craft concise and impactful messages that align with the entity's goals and values.
- Select Communication Channels: Choose the most effective channels for reaching your audience, such as email, social media, or press releases.
- Create a Timeline: Develop a detailed timeline for the launch, including key milestones and deadlines.
- Implementation and Monitoring: Execute the plan and continuously monitor its effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Communication Strategy:
- Assess Current Communication Practices: Review existing communication methods to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Set Strategic Goals: Define long-term communication goals that support the entity's overall strategy.
- Develop Communication Policies: Create policies that ensure consistency and clarity in all communications.
- Engage Stakeholders: Involve key stakeholders in the development of the strategy to ensure it meets their needs.
- Implement and Evaluate: Roll out the strategy and regularly evaluate its impact, making necessary adjustments.
Brand Identity & Guidelines:
- Define Brand Values and Vision: Establish the core values and vision that the brand represents.
- Create Visual Identity: Develop logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements that reflect the brand's identity.
- Develop Brand Guidelines: Create a comprehensive guide that outlines how the brand should be represented across all mediums.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions to ensure all employees understand and adhere to the brand guidelines.
- Consistent Application: Ensure the brand identity is consistently applied in all communications and marketing materials.
Digital Presence:
- Website Development: Create or update the entity's website to ensure it is user-friendly and reflects the brand identity.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop a strategy for engaging with audiences on social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand and engages the target audience.
- SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO practices to improve online visibility and use analytics to track performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and improve digital presence based on feedback and performance metrics.
