Who We’re Looking For

As a Senior Project Manager at VML, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing digital projects from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, while exceeding client expectations. You will leverage your expertise in both agile and traditional project management methodologies to drive project success and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end management of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Utilize both agile and traditional/iterative project management methodologies to adapt to project requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and analysts to drive project success and ensure seamless execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication effectively, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Implement best practices in revenue recognition and budget management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Drive a customer-centric approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
• Actively contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for project expansion and upselling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client requirements.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a digital agency environment, tier 1 Consultancy or a technology company.
• Strong understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Experience working with clients in the financial and public sectors is highly desirable.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in revenue recognition and budget management.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders of all levels, from executives to project team members.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• KSA experience is mandatory, with a solid understanding of cultural and business dynamics in the GCC region.
