About the Opportunity:

A UK-led project team, consisting of government personnel and various contractors, is engaged in delivering infrastructure and equipment support to a key client in the region. The team has recently been tasked with constructing new accommodation facilities to support one of the client’s specialised operational units. The facilities will be based in the Riyadh area and will include both living quarters and technical spaces, along with all required service and security infrastructure. rest of the week being hybrid / remote.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based in Riyadh, the Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure project alignment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management processes.
  
  

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
