About The Position

As a Senior Project Manager with our Client, you will manage multiple projects for our customers from initiation to completion providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions based on the Google Cloud Platform.

This will initially be based in Dhahran, KSA. Will be relocating / travelling across KSA, dependent on projects.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Google Cloud Platform, its services, and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and contribute to the development of scalable and efficient GCP-based solutions
  • Manage project constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements in a collaborative manner
  • Develop project proposals, project charters, and project management plans
  • Coordinate resources availability and allocation
  • Monitor and control project execution against the project plan and budget
  • Lead risk management and mitigation efforts
  • Measure project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders
  • Develop post-project support to ensure the measurement of project objectives
  • Ensure that project decisions are formally documented and that project deliverables are stored in the official project repository
  • Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to be initially based in Dhahran, KSA.
  • Must be willing to be relocating / travelling across KSA dependent on projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry-recognized certification related to project management, e.g. PMP, Agile PM, SAFe, CSM
  • Preferred relevant industry-recognized cloud certifications including Google Cloud Digital Leader
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or other project management software
  • A minimum of 8+ years hands-on experience in IT/cloud project management
  • Experience in professional services/consulting organization
  • Experience in Agile approaches to project management
  • Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
