The Senior Project Manager role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations while using Oracle’s OUM or TCM Agile for Cloud methodology. In this role you will manage multiple cloud projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects. You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Technology, Development and Support focused on Oracle’s Cloud products. You will manage an international team of architects and consultants.
8+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years of project or direct line management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
- Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, team, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle cloud projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives, Exercise creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Interact with all roles at customer – including CIO,CTO, IT Architects, technical staff, and Business representatives for all internal and external reporting.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on-shore and off-shore, fostering collaboration and innovation in cloud solutions by managing all project resources, including subcontractors.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-revenue effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Issue Management: Methodically managing complex business and logistical challenges, develop solution strategies to ensure project success.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Technology Oversight: Stay current with cloud technologies and industry trends, recommending solutions and improvements.
- Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated, including project plans ‘’mpp’’, status reports, and lessons learned.
- Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in cloud-related projects.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Reporting: Strong analytical and time management skills
- Flexibility: Ability to work well remotely and onsite with a diverse project team
- Leadership & Ownership: Ability to work with minimum direction
- Language: Fluent in English beside his Arabic mother tongue
- Experience: Specific Previous implementation experience of Oracle applications and/or technology products
- Partnership & relationship: Quickly establishes and subsequently nurtures long-term customer and supplier relationships.
- Presentation skills: Significant C-level presentation experience.
