• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
• Lead and oversee PMC Projects which include managing the following;
• Defining the project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Managing Project Plans, Schedules, and Work Execution
• Managing and tracking project progress, performance, and milestones, identifying and resolving issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Manage and motivate project teams, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.
• Facilitate and minute project meetings and communications.
• Manager project status reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders
• Negotiate and resolve conflict among project team members and other stakeholders

• Minimum 20 years' experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Mixed-use project experience is a must
• Extensive experience managing PMC projects, teams, and budgets, as well as a proven ability to deliver results on time
