Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in the government sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. This is a senior management role requiring a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple programs within the government sector, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree from an accredited institution.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in program management, preferably within the government sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
