About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the Miza WealthTech Application. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of both the backend and frontend of the application. You will work at the intersection of technology, finance, and user experience, ensuring that our platform remains robust, scalable, and aligned with the evolving needs of our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the WealthTech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy for the Miza WealthTech Application, aligned with the company's business goals.
• Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that Miza remains at the forefront of the WealthTech industry.
  
  

Backend & Frontend Maintenance

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the application's backend and frontend.
• Define and prioritize technical debt and infrastructure improvements to ensure the long-term health of the platform.
• Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet the needs of our target audience.
  
  

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Miza WealthTech Application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product is meeting the needs of all stakeholders.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile and web applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining complex software products.
• Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of modern web and mobile technologies, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience in the WealthTech or FinTech industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
