Senior Product Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading and growing the Food and Beverage online delivery business for VOX Cinemas and shadow brands, while managing Candy Bar partnerships across the region. This includes developing growth strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring effective rollout of key initiatives to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to expand the Home Delivery business.
• Identify new growth opportunities by conducting research and analysis to address performance gaps.
• Set and manage the Home Delivery budget and forecasts.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of critical projects, ensuring milestones are achieved and business outcomes are met.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional online food delivery aggregators to optimize visibility and sales.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of critical projects, ensuring milestones are achieved and business outcomes are met.
• Develop and implement improvements to online menus, optimizing product visibility, pricing, and presentation for improved sales conversion.
• Monitor costs and drive profitability through proactive decision-making and effective cost management.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in product management with exposure to the full product lifecycle.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in online food delivery, e-commerce, or a related industry.
• Experience delivering product strategies in emerging markets is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
