Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a cutting-edge team that is working on some of the most exciting products being launched in the Kingdom. This role is for experienced senior product managers who have a track record of managing and leading high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and communicate the product vision and roadmap based on market trends, customer insights, and business priorities.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with company objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, specifications, and release plans.
• Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and decisions.
• Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
  
  

Key Requirements

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 5-7+ years of product management experience in a tech environment, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience is mandatory.
• Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
