We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts across our product line, from conceptualization to execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers & Engineers to create intuitive, user-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive business goals.

- Lead the end-to-end product design process, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Work closely with Product Managers to define product requirements and translate them into high-quality design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and validate product concepts.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to spec and maintain design consistency across all platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and design technologies to continually improve our design process and output.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle, Proto.io) and user testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
