This role is not about following orders — it’s about owning the procurement cycle, optimizing value, and becoming a strategic partner across project teams.

• ✓ Lead sourcing, bidding, and negotiation for high-value materials and services
• ✓ Build and manage strong vendor relationships with accountability and transparency
• ✓ Coordinate closely with site, engineering, and project teams to anticipate needs
• ✓ Handle complex purchasing packages across multiple project timelines
• ✓ Track market shifts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive smarter procurement decisions
• ✓ Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and delivery schedules
• ✓ Mentor junior procurement staff and help improve internal procurement processes

• ✓ 5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within contracting or construction
• ✓ Solid knowledge of materials, equipment, and technical procurement procedures
• ✓ Strong commercial and analytical mindset — you think beyond just price
• ✓ Experienced in managing contracts, vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing
• ✓ Confident communicator who thrives under deadlines and owns results
• ✓ Fluent in Arabic and English
• ✓ ERP/supply chain systems? You speak their language
