Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer success? We’re looking for a Senior Presales Engineer to join our team and support the sales process with deep expertise in software testing, JIRA products, DevOps, application monitoring, and SDLC/STLC practices.

In this role, you’ll work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique challenges and craft tailored solutions demonstrating how JIRA and related tools can optimize and transform their operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to assess their needs in software testing, JIRA, DevOps, monitoring, and SDLC.
  • Deliver compelling technical demos and presentations highlighting the value of JIRA Core, JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and modern monitoring strategies.
  • Design customized solutions that enhance JIRA workflows, project/service management, and the software development/testing lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation aligned with customer goals.
  • Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and hands-on product showcases to demonstrate solution impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution design and delivery.
  • Stay current with trends in JIRA, DevOps, application performance, and software lifecycle practices.
  • Support implementation efforts post-sale to ensure solution adoption and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of presales or solution engineering experience in a related domain.
  • Deep expertise in JIRA Core, JIRA Software, and JIRA Service Management.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and SDLC/STLC methodologies.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools and performance optimization strategies.
  • Track record of delivering impactful technical demos and building custom client solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills able to explain complex tech clearly.
  • Strong team player with a client first mindset.
