Senior Power Efficiency Trainer

We are hiring for a very well-known governmental entity in Saudi Arabia, an experienced and highly skilled Senior Power Efficiency Trainer for a 6-month Project to lead the development and delivery of advanced training programs focused on energy efficiency and operational excellence within manufacturing or industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic, and a proven record of at least 5 years’ experience delivering professional training in power efficiency or the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver in-depth training programs on power efficiency strategies, energy management systems (EMS), and industrial process optimization for engineers, technical teams, and operations staff.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify training needs and create custom content that improves energy utilization and reduces operational waste.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions focused on implementing energy-saving technologies, lean manufacturing principles, and power management best practices.
• Stay informed of industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in energy management and efficiency, and integrate this knowledge into training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance KPIs, and adjust programs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, production, and sustainability teams to align training with operational and business goals.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, manuals, and digital learning materials in both English and Arabic.
• Support corporate sustainability initiatives, such as ISO 50001 certification or energy audits, by educating teams on compliance requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in training delivery within the power efficiency, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of energy-saving technologies, industrial power systems, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (must).
• Advanced presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable training content.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Professional certifications such as CEM (Certified Energy Manager) or equivalent are highly preferred.
