Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Utilize planning software to create and maintain project schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project planning and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project planning, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
