The Role
To technically support the Project Manager / Director to monitor and control the project technically and contractually and ensure that projects are on track with cost and time. • Project Planning includes with preparation of the project plans as per the contracts and ensuring that it is being followed. • Develop of daily report with the Project Manager / Director to assist in updating the Project Master and Detailed schedule. • Review the daily report with the Project Manager to update the project Master and Detailed Schedule. • Assist in the preparation of the Monthly progress report highlighting concerns and any delays in the project schedule along with recommendations on rectifying action to be taken. • Facilitate the development of a projects S–Curve and update it monthly considering delays and feedback from Contractors and Consultants. • Monitor the S–Curve for projects and update it monthly considering delays and feedback from Contractors and Consultants. • Creates and monitors the cost loading schedule for projects as assigned. • Reviews and monitors the Contractor Monthly Report and provide additional comments to the Project Manager / Director. • Assists in Reviewing Tender documents during the design phase of the project. Monitors Contractual attendance. • Monitors the Contractor time schedule depending on Contract, specifications, and drawings. Leading KSA Project Planning team delivery (UAE as required) and of the above. Additionally, support in review and recommendations on Compass own service agreements with clients.

Requirements

• Senior-level Project Planning experience within the design, tender and construction phases of multiple types of projects is required. • Middle East experience in managing multiple projects with multiple teams under your responsibility. • Sector experience includes mixed-use, design master plan, development and infrastructure.
