About The Role

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Analyst to provide support to our Team. Senior People Operations Analyst responsibilities include reviewing and approving contracts, implementing new company policies, and maintaining internal HR systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our People initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly, and contribute to a healthy work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver HR Operation services such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relation's clusters, ensuring people, structures, processes, and systems are aligned to deliver key objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver People transactions to the businesses, ensuring all deadlines are met and Employees are satisfied with the service level.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal policy requirements.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with Medical insurance procedures.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Support in process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field, certificates are a plus.
  • 1-2 Experience in People Operations function or similar role
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR data.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
