Senior Payroll and compensation supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll and Compensation Supervisor to join our team in Alkharj, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the payroll processes and compensation strategies for our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the payroll department, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
• Oversee the development and execution of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and compensation.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll and compensation processes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll practices with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on payroll and compensation-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve payroll and compensation processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and compensation management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic is preferred.
