Role Purpose
To support company’s Local Value strategy implementation and enhancement based on incumbent understands of the Local value function, concepts, and strategies from various In-Kingdom entities like, Government institutions, ARAMCO, SABIC and various other units related to company’s business. Function entails cascading the established understanding internally and assisting in implementing & enhancing the Local value program(s) across business units and functions of organization in Saudi Arabia.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in relevant major (Finance / Accounting / Business Administration, Management, or Development. Flexible based on other merits of candidate)
Required Years Of Experience
Overall industry related experience / awareness of around 4-5 years (Flexible based on other merits of candidate).

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Prepare and develop IKTVA reports.
- Prepare and conduct studies and analysis for all related projects / activities to improve the company’s IKTVA.
- Cooperation with internal / external auditors.
- Coordinate with Finance department to compliance of IKTVA requirements and reports.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain department to compliance of IKTVA requirements for localized goods and services.
- Coordinate with Human Resource department to compliance of IKTVA requirements for hiring, training and development programs.
- Coordinate with HSE department to compliance of IKTVA requirements for training and development.
- Coordinate with Sales department to compliance of IKTVA requirements for clients inquires and sales reports.
- Fully participate and engage in safety programs and events.
- Prepare IKTVA proposals during bid submission to Aramco/Clients.
- Support the projects teams in all matters relating to IKTVA.
- Following up with clients and suppliers for all IKTVA related and required.
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Identify and recommend pre-qualification of suppliers, to ensure a range of suitable sources of materials and services.
- Prepare internal and external presentation related to IKTVA.
- Consideration of financial impacts in projects decision making process.
- Supporting operational performance optimization.
- Interaction with Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Sales and Services and other business lines in all related projects.
- Prepare internal and external packages & submissions for all related inquiries.
