Senior Marketing Specialist

Kafaa Capital is a Saudi platform for Sukuk Financing and Investment, licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). The company is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and provides financial services in the region.

We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Senior Marketing Specialist with a sharp sense of social media trends and a passion for driving user growth. This role blends creativity with performance — ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, understands the fintech landscape (or wants to!), and can work seamlessly across content, design, and agency coordination.

• Lead social media strategy and execution across platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and user acquisition.
• Create compelling content and campaigns that align with current digital trends and fintech narratives.
• Plan, write, and design digital content (posts, stories, blog articles, short videos) that’s both on-brand and on-trend.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and influencers — from briefing to review and performance tracking.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to launch campaigns for new app features and investment opportunities.
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance across channels, using data to iterate and improve.
• Stay updated with fintech trends and customer behavior to craft messaging that resonates with our audience.

• 3+ years in marketing, ideally in tech, fintech, or fast-paced startups.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and what drives engagement.
• Creative mindset with hands-on skills in design (Adobe Suite, Figma) and content creation.
• Excellent Arabic and English copywriting skills.
• Comfortable with apps, landing pages, basic analytics, and A/B testing.
• Experience managing agencies or freelancers for campaigns, performance marketing, or PR.
