Purpose of the Job
This role is dedicated to driving brand growth and revenue in KSA and Bahrain by localizing and executing global marketing strategies. It focuses on creating impactful campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, and ensuring brand consistency across both markets. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, the role aims to enhance customer engagement, strengthen market presence, and generate qualified leads that support business growth in these key regions.
Job Description- Manage local social media channels and produce engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Adapt and implement global marketing strategies to drive local brand growth and revenue.
- Develop localized marketing plans that support station performance and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing with commercial priorities.
- Partner with the Global Marketing team on B2B Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Create impactful marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional material.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage customers and prospects.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email, and content marketing, to boost visibility and lead generation.
- Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all marketing activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and integrated marketing communications.
